Are the P67 Motherboards safe yet?

I was on newegg the other day while i was putting together parts for a system build i might be doing in the near future, when i found that at least 5 1155 P67 and H67 boards are able to be purchased. Does this mean that the data leakage and degradation of the SATA III 3GBps ports fixed? Any ideas?
