Is there any ways to save the agriculture from pig's disturbance? Have any department to complaint it?

I reside at Kasaragod, Kerala. My family's main income source is agriculture. But pigs are distroying our agriculture farms. So is there any ways to overcome pig's disturbance? Or is there any department under Kerala govt. to complaint about it? (Since the killing of wild animals is prohibited)
