For about $20-$25 (or maybe free) a mechanic shop can hook up a Snap-On MODIS scanner and tell you whats wrong with it. The scanners cost 7-8000 and can tell you if you have a mis fire or maybe a bad sensor. It will deffinatley give you a place to start.
