Has anyone on here live or have lived in Lake Forest, CA?

I am thinking about buying there(currently I rent in Downey), becuase it seems cheaper then the surrounding cities(Irvine, Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills) but I am unsure if its really a good area to live in since housing prices seem a little cheaper. It doesnt seem that bad just on checking it out online and visiting the area, but I just was hoping to get an opinion from someone who lives there. Thanks.
