How can i handle this?

just had a child and the cost of that in itself is insane, but throw in the hospital bill, health insurance, utilities and a mortgage. I feel like im drowning in life, i cant escape reality long enough to figure it out. I have sold things on craigslist, cut out a cell phone and cable, even quit buying grocerys [just stuff that lasts like sandwiches] any ideas? I dont qualify for wic or food stamps bc i make so much money...they just dont see the bills i have to pay :(
