How will living in an RV affect my credit rating?

I want to live in a Recreational Vehicle and drive around and have adventures while I save up enough money to put a down payment on an actual home, for which I will want to get a prime interest rate. I will be working full time as a public librarian and would either get a P.O. Box or use my mom's or ex-girlfriend's address as the place I receive mail. If it would make things easier, I could also live in a houseboat.
