Is it true that the UFO disclosure by all governments will create a new paradigm in our way of thinking?

Are we having to unlearn most of our knowledge and religious beliefs to make place for this alien way of thinking to fit into the universal or cosmic mindset in order to traverse these great distances at mind boggling speeds without feeling faint or homesick? Phoo..I've just lost my breath.
